The nine holes of the Real Club de Golf El Candado hosted on March 18, 2018 a new tournament of the Circuit “Juvenil & Benjamín de Andalucía” corresponding to the fourth area of the tournaments celebrated in March. The other 3 tournaments had already been held at Hato Verde, Playa Serena and Antequera Golf.
We must congratulate Marco Furnell from Santa María Golf & Country Club, who signed an excellent score of 72 shots (+4), and Esther Fernández from Baviera Golf, for their victories in the cadet category at El Candado.
Among the players of infantile category, Enrique Mediato federated by Marbella Golf Country Club, dominated with 79 shots (+11), and the player from La Cañada, Paula López, won with 91 shots.
Finally, Daryl James Henry from Valle Romano Golf and Irene García from Alcaidesa Links, took the first places in Alevin classifications thanks to a total of 86 and 90 shots.
These circuits are the best meeting point for the youth players of Andalusian golf, and a total of 6 tournaments will be held throughout the year, each of them in three or four areas of the Andalusian geography, to facilitate the participation of the greatest number of young players.
