The weather was perfect for the annual Burns Day celebration held at the Marbella Golf Country Club and this year we started with a Golf Tournament with over 60 participants.
The address to the Haggis was once again given by our Captain and Scotsman Stuart Patterson wearing his family tartan, and served in style with a wee dram.
After a delicious three course lunch we were shown how to dance Strip the Willow and the Gay Gordons by Members Sue and Rod Owen, which proved to be quite successful this year (some may have been practicing!). Our very own DJ and Member, Hughie Craig provided the music for dancing.
