The 2024 Club Championship was played on September 23rd and 25th 2024. This annual trophy tournament is played over 36-holes with the title of Club Champion going to the player with lowest gross score over the two days. We are delighted to say that Conrad Mazen was proclaimed the Club Champion for the second year in a row after a very tight second round with Melanie Scholz and James Robertson. Conrad beat Melanie in the sudden death play-off, which took place on the 18th hole.
We would also like to congratulate Bernie McDonald for her victory in the Best Nett category with Melanie Scholz and Alan Richardson finishing in 2nd and 3rd places, respectively. They all had a tie also, but Bernie was the one with the best second round.
Just like last years, we also gave out a prize for the most improved player in the second round and this was won by Cristina Fernandez whose 2nd round was as many as 15 strokes better than her 1st round.
