Our annual President’s Cup tournament was held on Friday April 15th 2022, where 32 members and guests competed for the trophy. Our President, Raymond Norris, oversaw the awards ceremony and welcomed everyone to a lovely luncheon on our fabulous terrace overlooking the sea.
The winners were:
Trophy cup winner: Sheelagh Maloney with 36 points
1st category, hcp 0-18,0:
1st prize: Sheelagh Maloney with 36 points
2nd prize: John Radcliffe with 33 points
3rd prize: Petra Lauk with 31 points
2nd category, hcp 18,1 and above:
1st prize: Jess Meakin with 34 points
2nd prize: Anita Cullen with 33 points and with 18 points on the back 9 holes.
3rd prize: Les McGlasson with 33 points and with 12 points on the back 9 holes.
Men’s nearest to pin prize on hole 9 was won by Roger Kemp and Ladies‘ nearest to pin on hole 11 by Maxine Hobson.
