Due to the rainy weather at the end of November we had to postpone the Thanksgiving Tournament and Lunch to Friday the 7th December 2018. The weather on the day couldn’t have been better. The participants in the Texas Scramble tournament enjoyed a succulent 3-course meal after the golf tournament with enterntainment by the fabulous Stelvis.
The winner team was John Radcliffe, Tim Slate, Steve Boyle and Liz Britton with a net score of 50.6. The runners up were Grant Comley, Paul Dunford, Terry Culshaw and John Bryan with a net score of 56.1. Clive Tyler, Pat Jones, Catherine Shiels and Edna Graneli came 3rd with a net score of 58.1.
The prizes for the Nearest to pins went for Grant Comley on hole 9 and Elena Añibarro on hole 16.
