Our annual President’s Cup was held on Friday, April 6th 2018, where 40 members and guests competed for the trophy. Our President, Raymond Norris, oversaw the awards ceremony with prizes he had sponsored, and welcomed everyone to lunch with Karaoke as entertainment. The party went on until late.
The winners were:
Trophy winner: Liz Britton with 39 points
1st category, hcp 0-17,9:
1st prize: Liz Britton with 39 points
2nd prize: John Bryan with 37 points
3rd prize: Lee Twyman with 36 points
2nd category, hcp 18 and above:
1st prize: Sue Owen with 38 points
2nd prize: Pat Allen with 37 points
3rd prize: Edward Ball with 36 points
Guest 1st prize: Kenneth McSwain with 35 points. Daniel Norris also had the same score but Kenneth won as he had more points on the back 9.
