Saturday, October 17th 2015, Marbella Golf Country Club held our annual Captain’s Day Event in honor of our second year Captain, Stuart Paterson. The day began with Captain’s Drive in from the terrace followed by a golf competition of 60 players attempting to win the coveted Captain’s Day Trophy and a table of great prizes. The golf was followed by a 3-course lunch for 85 persons on our beautiful sea view terrace with entertainment and dancing. It was a very enjoyable and successful day.
The overall winner was Gerry Draddy with 38 points. Tim Slate and Edward Ball came second and third both with 37 points.
The ladies’ winner was Petra Lauk with 37 points followed by Anita Cullen on the second place with 34 points and Audrey Gibson on third with 33 points.
The guest winner was Noel Keating and the nearest to pin prizes went to Ian Jarvis and Claudia Ilg.
