Anyone can start a yoga practise, even if you are just a beginner and haven´t exercised before and don´t feel very flexible or very strong. Over time you will be amazed how your body responds and loosens up. The class is designed to move you gently and powerful at your own speed so you can really enjoy and feel the benefit.

LYMA DE KROON, Registered Yoga Teacher.

Lyma’s first introduction to yoga was in 1999, and for the past 11 years has been interested Hatha, Asthanga yoga and Body Balance. She successfully completed the Teacher Training program through The Integral Yoga Academy, and is registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) of The Integral Yoga Academy in Yogaville, Virginia, USA.
Prior to becoming a yoga teacher, Lyma spent 3 years as an runner for IBM, in Holland where she was working in IT & process business. She has a great passion for hiking, Body pump, Body Building and Pilates, however she started searching beyond simple physical exercise and wanted to deepen her knowledge in body, mind and soul.
Lyma has gained great insight into the various learning styles and the abilities of each individual through all her experience in sports. Her love for teaching gives her the gift to create a space where students feel empowered to safely explore the gifts their yoga practise can offer, both on and off the mat, as well as honouring the individuality of each of her students.
She is looking forward to combining all her knowledge, and together with her joy of teaching and willingness to help others, Lyma is loved by her students. She is presently studying Raja yoga (philosophy of yoga science), and will study Cardiac Yoga Therapy the beginning of 2012.


Lyma believes that just takes one step to begin and that yoga is accessible to everyone!
