This past Sunday, the 1st June 2014, the F&B Group Da Bruno brought together the best cuisine and sport, this time with the celebration of the Da Bruno 20th Anniversary Golf Tournament at Marbella Golf Country Club.
The event saw 70 amateur golfers participating, who despite the rain were able to enjoy the great ambience and a very amusing golf day, which ended with a delicious dinner at Da Bruno Sul Mare with a prize giving ceremony.
The winner of the men’s category of the tournament was Mark Gray and Yumiko Smith for the ladies. Both categories were very tight and the players showed many great shots.
The Nearest to Pin prizes were won by Jaroslaw Bobin and Renate Pressel; while the Nearest to Pin in three shots were won by Zbigniew Retkowski and Minny Verboon.
During the whole day the players were given only but the best attentions; breakfast in the morning before the tournament, buggy bar, picnic bags and dinner with raffle and entertaining prize giving ceremony.
The Charity Organization “Ser Humano”, who works in aid of the most disadvantaged, was handed a cheque for more than 600 euros.
