Monty Bordelon – Director/Head Golf Professional
Monty is from New Orleans, Louisiana and was very fortunate that his father started him playing golf at the young age of 4 years old. Monty has played and been around golf his entire life and believes in the most important thing – customer service! He has been working at some of the most prestigious golf clubs in Florida and that has made him realize service with good, simple and fun instruction is the best equation for his clients. “I am really excited to have been given this opportunity to become the Director of the Marbella Golf Country Club Academy. My goal is to créate a friendly and fun atmosphere once you step foot on the Marbella Golf C.C. Academy.”
Monty’s teaching philosophy is to make the golf game as simple as possible. Golf lessons should be fun and not confusing while adding more consistency to your ball striking and your short game. There should be no reason to leave a golf lesson with too many swing thoughts in your head but ready to go to the golf course and have fun! “Please drop by my office located at the golf academy to have chat with me anytime – my door is always open!”
